Working my RA hands to the max

I am enjoying the process of printmaking lately. I struggle a bit with carving into the lino. My Rheumatoid Arthritis limits me to a degree and I am quite slow. This is good. I am not patient and this forces me to wait. The inherent repetition of printmaking is incredibly satisfying and I look forward to making more work in this way!

where is the time?

I’ve started a new project reworking some canvases my daughters and I painted together several years ago. They were little then. I'm looking at time in a new but related way with this work. They both do not love their paintings and the canvases would have been discarded otherwise.

This is where this project is at. I am sitting with it at this stage for now.

I’v been testing various suppliers in order to offer prints of my work on functional items. I'm pretty excited with the results!
